Foundation Class (Ages 8–11)
Our Foundation program is the perfect starting point for kids new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Designed for 1 class per week, this class focuses on building strong fundamentals in a fun, structured, and supportive environment.
Students will learn:
Basic Jiu-Jitsu movements and techniques
Discipline, respect, and focus
Confidence through skill development
How to safely train and work with partners
This program is ideal for beginners or families looking to introduce their child to Jiu-Jitsu at a manageable pace while still building real skills on the mat
